I agree – but the deal is that no one can pin point what will happen. These are just trends based on observations. And trends do point that in all those countries where the workforce would be from Generation Y or F, things would flow differently compared to countries from ageing populations. Who will be the next superpower – you do the maths

@ shashaank – Hmm, I guess he is right about most (if not all) things he says, but I think he missed to make a firm point and connect his opinions to the business itself and therefore show that business in the very near future will have to change its rules toward the workforce…
